Paul has 15 years + experience in companies including Amazon and DixonsCarphone. During the course of his career Paul has worked across all aspects of the product life cycle and customer journey (Buying, Forward Logistics, Customer Service, Repairs, Returns, Reverse Logistics and Asset Recovery to name a few). This has given him a unique skill set to add customer value and bottom line profit across both Commercial and Operations functions. This has been key to setting up alternative sales Channels for DixonsCarphone.
What started off as a route to dispose of customer returns via marketplaces, Pauls infectious passion and drive to put brands where customers are choosing to shop has gained significant traction within retail. This has not come without it hurdles. Questions such as why do it? Its just cannibalisation of sales from other channels! We cant afford the fees are some of the big questions to be answered before you even get close to seamlessly providing another sales channel to fit in with current processes.
